At USP, we have significant experience working within both the Investment and Retail banking sector.

Appointed by the client directly

Appointed by the client directly, we act within the project space on all governance aspects specific to project Health and Safety Management. Responsible for project Health and Safety compliance aspects ranging from ATM replacement programmes and branch refurbishments, audits and risk assessment, through to major construction projects; updating and re-tasking of client buildings, much of which remain in a fully working condition during the works. 

These works include Principal Designer and Project Health and Safety Advisor roles, playing a major part in the achievement of project governance, leading to best practice. 

As part of our role in this arena, we are directly responsible for:

• Ensuring legal and internal compliance models are adhered to by tier 1 ad 2 contractors.
• Ensuring project scopes and governance models are aligned between the client’s expectations and contractors project documentation. 

We have significant experience in this field, with a collective portfolio worth of over £300 million for the banking sector alone.
